Welcome to P and NB LLC . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our waste management oil services. By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including environmental and safety regulations
   
• Provide accurate information regarding service locations, waste materials, and required handling
   
• Ensure that any materials provided to us are accurately described and do not violate hazardous waste laws
   

You must not:

• Misrepresent the type or condition of waste materials
   
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our operations
   
• Engage in unsafe or unlawful activities on our service sites
   

Service schedules, handling specifications, and pricing are determined on a per-job or contractual basis.
P and NB LLC reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any service request
   
• Modify service methods when necessary for safety or compliance
   
• Charge additional fees for improperly declared materials or unsafe site conditions
   

All invoices must be paid in full according to the payment schedule stated on the invoice or service agreement.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Checks
• Direct deposit
   

Additional payment terms:

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring checks and deposits are submitted on time.
   
• Returned or dishonored checks may result in additional fees.
   
• Late payments may incur charges or interest as stated in the service agreement.
   

All sales and service payments are final.
P and NB LLC does not offer refunds for any services provided, including but not limited to:

• Completed or partially completed services
   
• Deposits
   
• Cancellations by the customer
   

If a service issue arises, please contact us so we may evaluate the situation and determine whether adjustments or service corrections are appropriate.

P and NB LLC provides limited warranties as follows:

• We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and lawful manner consistent with industry standards.
   
• We warrant compliance with all applicable environmental, waste handling, transportation, and disposal regulations.
   

Warranties do not cover:

• Damages caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer
   
• Improper storage, handling, or disposal performed by the customer after service
   
• Issues arising from hazardous materials not disclosed to us
   

To ensure safe operations, customers must:

• Provide clear access to service locations
   
• Follow all instructions from P and NB LLC technicians
   
• Disclose any hazardous or regulated materials beforehand
   

Failure to follow safety protocols may result in service refusal or additional fees.

All logos, documents, service descriptions, and related materials provided by P and NB LLC are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P and NB LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of business, income, or data
   
• Damages resulting from hazardous materials not disclosed by the customer
   
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, accidents, regulatory inspections, etc.)
   

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service at issue.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, except for the express warranties listed in Section 5.
We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service
   
• That customer-provided information is accurate or compliant
   
• Any outcomes beyond those expressly stated in writing
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, USA.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
